Acacia is Naiomi's closest friend, and the two have been practically inseparable since they were introduced as toddlers. After Naiomi's psionic abilities violently manifested, many K'Tri and elf parents were afraid to let their children associate with her. Because of this, Naiomi became very quiet and withdrawn. However, Acacia being a boisterous and outgoing youth, took it upon herself to cheer Naiomi up and the rest is history.

Acacia herself is a gifted elemental mage, especially when it comes to the manipulation of earth and wind. Her skills have lead her to private studies with other gifted tutors, much like Naiomi's training with Dymar.
