Khilara is the other half of the Childe's Guardians. Banished from her own people for undisclosed reasons, Khilara way found her way to the Fidellian clan to search for forgiveness and inner peace. Surprisingly she made friends with Ignatius, whose own abilities are the polar opposite of Khilara's, as she is an oceanic elf with an innate control over the element of darkness. However nobody expected her abilities to grow as powerful as they have. With barely more than a thought, Khilara can manipulate darkness into a physical substance, one that can both engulf matter or be molded into an object of her will. When the time came to choose the new Guardians, the elder priests and priestesses acknowledged Khilara's abilities, but never before had a non-K'Tri been elevated to the position of Guardian. It was only through Ignatius' persuasion that the elf was allowed to take a place at the Childe's side, something that has since proven an astute decision.
